Team information and camping
This year we are offering the balloon teams at the Silverstone Festival Balloon Meet:
Full size balloons
Eight General Admission full passes for the weekend.
Model Balloons
Two General Admission full passes for the weekend.
These are the ADULT 3 DAY WEEKEND TICKETS valued at £140 per person. (This year the General Admission tickets will be emailed to you from Silverstone.)
PLEASE NOTE: Camping is available at a reduced rate.
The Fee for camping is £54 per adult (inc. VAT) for the weekend
Camping tickets for Children aged 11 – 16 are £26
Camping tickets for Children aged 10 and under are free
Standard Electric hook-up pitch – £95
Large Electric hook-up pitch – £117.50
Final camping number and camping fees must be received by 14th July
Camping is in the Silverstone Woodlands Campsite which is south of the circuit outside Club Corner. This campsite has purpose-built toilets and showers. (This year the camping tickets will be emailed to you from Silverstone Woodlands Campsite.)
Return tractor and trailer transfers from the campsite and paddock to paddock are included in the camping.
The campsite’s facilities include a pub, food outlets and an on-site shop.
Gas
In addition, we have arranged with the organisers, AvantiGas and Silverstone that the pumped and metered propane supply will be available for refuelling during the event at a subsidised rate. The confirmed price per litre will be advised nearer to the event.
A deposit of £150.00 will be required for full size balloons (£25 model balloons) supplied to the organisers in advance to use this facility. Any balance remaining from gas usage will be returned within 7 working days.
The gas deposit must be paid no later than Friday 1st August 2025. If gas deposits are not received by this date, then sadly your entry will be cancelled.
A propane card will be issued to each balloon team which will need to be signed by a member of your team after each fill to indicate that they have received the amount of propane shown on the card.
Please note: NO DEPOSIT = NO PROPANE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
